Every Mojima engagement is anonymised. We work under NDA in regulated environments where naming clients is not ours to do.
More importantly: we believe the deliverables are less interesting than the decisions behind them. Anyone can tell you what they shipped. Fewer can tell you what they refused to ship, and why.
Each engagement below is told as a set of principles, the questions it asked, the choices it forced, the discipline it required. The technical specifics, where they appear, are in service of the thinking, not the other way around.
On the architecture of trust in regulated environments.
Modernising the data foundations of a life insurance product. A migration that succeeded by refusing the obvious shortcut: copying the source systems' assumptions forward unchanged.

Forty-plus reports across business units rationalised into a coherent, governed semantic layer. A migration designed for tool independence, on the principle that the architecture should outlast the BI vendor.
